Claire Hurst is a menopause clinician and workplace educator with over 10 years’ experience supporting women and organisations through hormonal change. Founder of The Rebalance Clinic and Rebalance Academy, she works with academic institutions and corporate teams to translate menopause science into practical workplace solutions that improve confidence, retention and performance.
